A cheating game?
I'm a new member who have made a few moves in games. In the last one, I had an army of 19, and attacked a neighbouring territory which had only 1 army. He defeated me on an automatic dice roll! What are the chances of this happening? He just rolled sixes all the time.
I'm sorry but I don't want to compete in an unfair game against cheats, hence could my account please be deleted.
Thanks

LOL! No. There was no cheat involved. Stop using the automatic dice and you'll be fine.

LOL! What a funny bit of advice...

Ok I'll try again, just a damn shame my army of 19 has vanished!

It's funny because it's true...

I can get behind that. Stuff like that's gonna happen sometimes. And sometimes it happens to your opponents. Just try not to smash anything valuable when it happens to you.
Re: A cheating game?
I suppose there's only one game where you could have possibly had 19 armies massed, since all four of your games are chained with three of them in round 2... and you are still in good shape there. So hang in there, make The Horn to get that bonus growing and forget about the auto-dice horror. Best thing about really crappy dice is that it tends to balance out in your favor eventually. So there should be some good rolls in your future. An auto-attack of 19v1 is usually a safe bet and the odds against that kind of shit happening must be astronomical. Go easy on the jam-butties and you'll be ok.

That's about the best attitude you can have in that situation.

or good luck the other guys had.
Alstergren is 100% correct Do not use the Autoattack button. Ever !!!!! If you see your self not going to get good rolls you then can stop while you still got men left.

Re: A cheating game?
Stuff like this does make me wonder about the dice. I know Dice Analyzer says the means average out about right but the runs make me wonder if there is a non-random pattern involved. Dice Analyzer doesn't provide enough information to prove random dice. My numbers say for 19 vs 1 to fail in Auto Attack is less than a 1 in 30 million chance. 16 independent random events with a .3403 chance of failure. .3403^16=3.2^-8 reciprocal is 1/30917816 Granted that can happen but unlikely events like this at least "seem" to happen a little TOO often and I haven't seen any runs tests performed on the dice to tell us if they are random or not.

I recommend that we switch the dice for Mudkips with immediate effect.

i wouldn´t use the term "Ever !!!!!" as Wacicha did
for speed freestyle standard esca you can´t play without Auto .... otherwise i agree, usually it is helpful to have the chance to stop if you lose too many units. This option can be important sometimes, no matter if dice with Auto attack are better, equal or worse than with normal attack (there are several threads about this)

no way ! autoing is half the fun of an attack-- you never know what to expect. Sense of excitement... but for you pro's I understand why you don't.
