Hello CC community, It is I, NateWolfman with yet another tournament for your gaming pleasure.
WARNING: This tournament is not for the average casual player
This is the first tournament of mine in which the main focus is NOT on the risk game itself, but rather the website in which it is hosted... The premise will be explained more in detail below, but the general purpose is a scavenger hunt! You will be put to the task of following clues to find a specific person, post, thread, or game on this site! This is not to say that games will not come into play, in fact the games will serve an important purpose, in 8 player games the higher you place, the faster you get your clues, the more clues you get, and the overall better chance you have at advanceing.
Steps of the Hunt
1) Players will be placed in 8-player games (settings and maps will be displayed in 2nd post)
2) Once the game has finished the clues will start going out
-day one after the game has finished
First Place gets the First clue
-day two after the game has finished
First Place gets the Second clue
Second Place gets the First clue
-day three after the game has finished
First Place gets the Third clue
Second Place gets the Second clue
Third Place gets the First clue
...
...
And so on all the way to 8th place, at this point the days will continue until one of two things happens
A) the 8th place player gets all the clues (then anyone who has not found the location is out)
B) 7 of the 8 players has found the location (in which the final person is out)
Each round the clues and location will be hoasted by a different player, all of whom will have grand experience at CC. (These players have not yet been chosen, when they are they will be displayed in the second post)
