It doesn't pay to enforce the rules in the UK.

I guess the British should... Keep their noses on their face!

Messed up story really. I'm surprised no by-standards didn't grab up these punks and detain them for the police.

Push her and run away before anyone has time to react? It takes a few seconds for people to notice what's going on and by the time anyone thinks of that you can be far away already.

The article says she was "thrown" onto the tracks, not "pushed". ;)

If it had happened in the USA, the by-standards would have had machine guns and bazookas, and would have prevented those youths from smoking.

Terrible tragedy delaying all the trains like that, we really do need more guns in England so that in future kids can settle arguments with a nice clean shooting.

Yes the voice of reason at last, common sense coupled with good to honest statistics proving that in terms of priorities the USA is absolutely spot on ;

2005-6 Death statistics in North America

From passive smoking......12 (including a pet hampster who was practically one of the family )

From accidental firearm misuse........1,412,689 ( these figures exclude another million deaths when the firearm was accidently discharged during cleaning, incredible how many firearms are cleaned in banks or when pressed against lovers heads #-o }

Wahoo keep the country great and shoot a smoker tommorow 8-)

Why would you clean a loaded gun anyway?

One of the first things we learned in military service was to make damn sure the weapon was not loaded before cleaning it. Really, you don't want to pick apart a gun that's loaded.

Shit, when I carry a gun, I avoid loading it until I'm sure I'm going to use it. But maybe that's just me...

Seriously, why are there smoking bans on trainstations anyway? How does my smoking out in the open harm these people more than the gasfumes from all the fucking cars in the city?

You don't understand the significance of this people.

Those nicotine toking rambunctious young yahoos weren't just aggressive youths; they were LIZARDMEN ENFORCERS!!! They clearly gagged, bound, and hurled that woman onto the train tracks (with a trebuchet) because she visited troofer websites and was plotting to overthrow their conspiracy from the comfort of her armchair, armed with nothing but a walnut-sized brain and a load of grainy youtube footage.

That's why we need to care about this guys. Wake up!

Most US states have some kind of smoking regulation these days... Good thing, too.
