Comments: I have done it for the guy but I am placing my own comment :mrgreen:

detoorteg is a freaking idiot from the pits of hell but he is not a cheat :mrgreen:

I played 22 games against him, put him on foe 8 times and took him away 7 times. His strategy is extremely agressive and highly irrational but I have not seen any evidence of cheating in our games.

The joint record of the accused (3 wins for 2 of them in 10 assorted games) give no ground for suspicions of secret diplomacy either.

Not enough evidence to pin them as multis or for a secret alliance. This is still noted for future reference.
