1. It is "Luxembourg" not "luxomborg"
2. What settings?
3. If it is a 1 v 1, make the largest army you possibly can through fortifications, and go for a bonus if you only have to take one territory and they have to go through a neutral or another on of your territories before they can attack the bonus.
4. ALL of it is up to dice and drop, if both the players understand basic strategy in a 2 player on it. If you are talking more than that, ignore everything except for #1.

It's so small that taking continent bonuses are useless. Just mass up armies and hope for good dice.

when i first started playing there i won 6 straight
i thought i was on top of the world then i lost 10 straight lol
