Each clan will pick the maps and settings for 6 doubles, 4 trips, and 3 quads matches.(Home and Away)
Each clan will pick 12 players. Each player can only participate in 1 Home and 1 Away match of each games type(doubles, trips, quads).

Just as a note though your team didn't follow the rules.

As explained to DAT_WAT_SHE_SAID you should have had to forfeit 3 games for having people in more then one game of a specific type.

But we decided not to be jerks because you had two different people trying to organize things on your side.

You're the 3rd now.

They timed out and were dropped automatically. I will find out what games were dropped and have our guys set them up again. Unless the SoW have decided to forfeit the match.
