[UI] Separate button for 'Note to Self'

Most forms have default actions is all - but there isn't necessarily a need for them.

I like the idea of a note to self as a default because I am often accidently either forgetting to click or clicking the wrong setting...

but I can see reason behind both arguments.

I really like this idea. I always end up saying something in team chat that i wanted to say in public chat and being able to leave notes to self in team games is something I have always wanted

I wish they would either do this or add a separate chat window for team chat and notes to self.....

It's annoying when others do it, and you want to punch yourself in the face when you do it yourself

Perhaps this is something we'd look at when addressing and optimizing the User Interface. I suppose stay tuned.

Maybe not separate windows but make it like two or three different tabs down there and have one for all, one for team, and one for yourself
