Hey Guys wouldn't it be cool if we could also play the newest versions of risk such as 2210 and godstorm on this conquer club site? I feel those versions are far better than the classic. Lets make this happen, I love this site!!

I've never played 2010 but it seems pretty cool, could be fun to add. Whats Godstorm?

2210 and Godstrom are the newest versions of the risk series. 221o deals with the future, while Godstorm deals with ancient mythical civilizations such as Egypt, the Norsemen, The babylonians, The Celtics and the Greeks. You use the power of 4 types of God's to assist your armies in battle. It is Amazin. you can check them out @ http://www.avalonhill.com

Would be interesting, but the coding seems like it would take alot of work and I'm not quite too sure about copy right issues, but I'm pretty sure we couldn't copy it.

I'm not voting in this poll for two reasons:

1. There's only one programmer, and he's already got his hands full with the 37 other great ideas we've all put in for this site.

2. 2010 and Godstorm are copyrighted, and although the big PB might not be so concerned, the big WOTC just might be...

So maybe we should just hold off on the infringements until we get the Classic/Classic variants off the ground...

The names may be copyrighted but the gameplay is not.. Hence the name "Conquer Club".

He would simply have to call them different names and he would be okay.

I dont know... patents dont last forever, so, its possible the classic game patent cannot be invoked anymore... But I never see these variations. If they are much more recent, patents surely will be a problem.
