Other: I was baffled with the rating left by the both of them, And then I started looking into their game plays and they both seem to partner up with only other players that don't have a premium. even playing single 1vs.1 games are played with non-premum members and not leaving horrid ratings for them. when they have won.

they also said the same comments, like I was silent which I wasn't so, I am really curious to see how two different people say that, when a comment in the chat was posted by me.

I believe these two are family members. Not multis. Which is why they play mostly team games. If there will be reports concerning non-team games about them then we shall look into this further.

As for the ratings, I am sorry but we no longer moderate the new ratings system. If you can communicate with both of these players perhaps you can get an agreement on how to handle this.
