i was at 36...then dropped 150 spots in a week or so....

was not fun...on my way back up

those singles kill ya...losing 70 points in one game is hard to bounce back from

Well blitzaholic. I don't think you deserve to have the highest rank cause in my opinion you're not the best player. Well first let me explain my view on this matter.

You don't play open single games, maybe 1 on 75 games so that's a shame. You keep on playin triples most of the time against some noobs just to get less then then points but sure of winning. When you play a single game it's private with all other highly ranked players so you wont lose to many points. Well still congrats on that very high score of yours.

I will prolly never make it because I only play open single games. Played tree private games or so because itw a srt and it wasn't against the best and still lost :p. rt is just not my thing. Well I'm now ranked 316th with 1661 points and played 39 games.

Still hanging on the first page...

160th/1857 (for the moment, as I've got a couple of games where I've been eliminated that haven't finished)

I think I might have been a touch higher at one point, but this moment is special:

The most recent win, the one that put me at 1857, was also the one that put me at 60 games played. So I've got a nice shiny new set of sabers/swords/sword-and-gun/whatever-the-hell. Huzzah!

'Cause there's only a few majors on this site, right? :lol:

After breaking 3000 in under 200 games...
(3021 @ 198 games, peaking at 3044 @ 206 games #4 on the scoreboard)
I then began one of the worst points free-fall in CC history.
(no doubt Nuke earned top honors for this title)

Anyway, the next 23 games dropped me nearly 500 points
(to 2572 @ 229 games #27 on the scoreboard)

But now I'm coming back, posting 2 straight wins today...
(Now 2742 @ 231 games #12 on the scoreboard)

I would like to thank all my friends who sent cards, flowers, candy, etc.
All you heart felt love is deeply appreciated.

And you'll all be as happy as I am to know that the doctors said I did NOT suffer from a stroke. Oddly enough, the doctors have not been able to find anything that would explain my points illness. Although they are still testing for a stooopid dice infection just to be sure.

And even though I am still more than 300 points from my best, I feel really good. I was given a clean bill of health, and told that it would be fine for me to continue playing 95% std escalating games against skilled players, but that I should exercise moderation...

A new player just starting out with 1000 points has over 5000 players above them in the scoreboard....
And over 7000 players below them!
So in conquer club you are ranked in the 60th percentile before you ever make a move...

So we can conclude that there is really nothing very common about common sense... sorta frightning, isn't it.

Not that long ago I was at 1650 and still climbing, with no signs of slowing down. Now, ever since I got Premium, my score has just been going down (Im a Lieutenant now)

The crazy part about the low end of the scoreboard is a single win can send you up thousands of spots in the pecking order. It's pretty tightly bunched down there in the 900's!

I guess now would be a good time to update. 3167 and #3.

It's weird how last time I posted on this was October 13th and back then my 2450 points were enough for 6th place. Now that score would only be enough for 38th, lol.
