Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2 About To Begin!]
Barry Zuckerkorn beat Sun Tzup in an epic game 3 final; so move Barry up the ladder
Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2 About To Begin!]
Round 2 has begun! Games will be sent out shortly!
Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2 About To Begin!]
Game 4007695 and Game 4007697 won by Dazoot...thus completing the first stage.
Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2 About To Begin!]
Round 2 games have been sent out!
Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2]
The 2nd round games on the world map with unlimited forts leave very little chance to the player going second obtaining a victory.
Bad choice of settings in my opinion
Perhaps it takes going second in both your games to appreciate the fact.
Well done to my opponent for making the most of his first go and for appreciating the hopeless (ney impossible) situation that I was up against.

Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2]
'very little chance' is an overstatement imo.
I started 2nd in both my games, winning in one game, losing in the other, which probably had more to do with the amazing starting position of my opponent.
But going second may give a slight advantage yes.
It would be fair to go both first and second in the next round.

Sorry, I was just changing it up a bit, and I admit it doesn't always go as planned... Perhaps I should've thought about that harder, so sorry about that. But its to late now... I hope you enjoyed being involved in the tournament while you were in it...

Re: The Whole Sha-Bang! [Round 2]
No problem and yes I enjoyed being involved.
Like somebody said, it is possible to win on that map with them settings whilst going second.
Sorry to let my frustrations get the better of me.
Cheers

The Whole Sha-Bang! - Round 2: Barry Zuckerkorn vs DBandit70
the games are split -- need game 3.
Also, an interesting note, in both games the starting player won in less than 10 rounds...
