Comments: An Assassin game where they each removed the same colored armies. RustyGoat eliminated the target for Is - Is was the 'chef' at the beginning of the game. Also, in the later rounds Is never played more than an hour after RustyGoat played.

It would be helpfull if you could provide more information on why this would be a secret alliance.
As far as I can see RustyGoat has only played 2 assassin games, including this one. So it can be stated that RustyGoat is unfamiliair with assassin and just played clueless.
In addition you stated they are not multi's, prob because one is from Sweden and the other fro the UK. wise choise, but then these 2 guys have never played before or after at all, so a secret alliance is unlikely.

The most likely cause is cluelessness from RustyGoat, nothing more. ls profited from it,true, but thats not enough to base a claim of secret alliances on.
