In team games, instead of each player getting a color each team will have a team color and all players would be able to control all their teams armies.
EDIT:As a option
Example 2v2 game team 1 being red and team 2 being blue.So the two players on team one control a unified army and team 2 has thier own unified army.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Make it more interesting and require alot more teamwork/communication
Change things up a little

I like this idea, but I would limit the bonuses to one per round for each bonus held, for example:
World 2.1 - 4 player (2 Team)
Team A holds The Horn and on the start of the round gets a bonus of 3 armies, Player 1 gets to use that bonus (or delay?). When Player 2's turn comes around then he/she does not get that bonus (unless delayed).
Perhaps each player has their own bonuses, the player to conquer the last territory to achieve that bonus has the bonus awarded on their turn.
That way bonuses will only be awarded once and fairly.

Maybe just do it so that the first one to go on each team gets the bonus or have a player on each team get selected for 2 turns to get the bonus and then have it go to the next player
