Im from Balkan and i know for sure.
In europe Central power was Germany,Austro-Hungary,Ottoman and Bulgaria.
Aly was France,Britany,Russia,Romania,Serbia,Italy,Montenegro,Albania,Belgium and Portugal.
Neutral was Switzerland, Denmark,Norway,Sweden,Netherland and Spain.

Libyan independent 10 february 1947
Egypt independent 28 february 1922

but do you think should split russia up or leave it as one country?

Sorry I misunderstood. Yes definitely split Russia up into at least two territories.

I dont understand these,Libya and Egypt was not be independent state in WW1.

well so far over half the people who have voted want a map set when hte empires were at their biggest

so i will try and see if i can make a map like that for them
