You are one of the most well known people on the site, For the most part you're very well respected but you also have some clear detractors. Like most of us you're human and have traits that assist and traits that detract from you in your mission's as one of the site's admin. Thus my question for you would be, what is your most important trait in making you a successful admin and which of your traits do you have to reign in to prevent yourself from getting off message
