I like music. Not just bands and lyrics, but also the compositional aspect of it. The music in this video is composed very well.
I would call the stile rag time which leads me to think that this may be a Scott Joplin piece but I'm not sure exactly. Does anyone know the name of it?

I have an itunes ad pop up when I watch the video which states that the song is "Original Rags" by Joplin Music Box and it's from the unforgettable album Bubble Bop, Vol.1. According to amazon, where you can listen to a sample of the tune played by Scott Joplin on piano, the tune is composed by Charles N. Scott and Daniels Joplin.
