One man with 2 account: bearded-boy , Diqkie...

Deleting moderator this incorect account for this man.All games for this 2 account is play together..
I want play in this conquerclub fairplay...not cheating.

However, my gibberish to english translation skills aren't 100% accurate.

EDIT- Looking into it myself, both accused accounts are from Singapore and play with each other most of the time.... probably are just two friends though, seeing as they are both low ranks. And the topic creator is from Serbia, so that explains the butchered english. :O

Seeing as you were advised to use the correct form that is provided for you the last time you made this same accusation, and the fact that you have already submitted several E-Tickets, and another claim involving the same players and game(s) and had a ruling given to you then you have now earned yourself a Warning for Abuse of the Cheating & Abuse form.

At this time, same as yesterday, these 2 users are Cleared. I suggest you distance yourself from them, use the Foe and or Ratings systems and move on that way you don't continue to get yourself in further trouble.

This is a dumb ruling.. its obvious this guy cant speak the language well, maybe he cant even uderstand it. They guys the reported might not be multies, but still, he got a warning, for not understanding what you are saying? :-s

He reported the same ppl in 2 threads and sent them e-tickets... I think goes beyond him not understanding.

Slom is correct, had you read the reason why he got the Warning you should understand.

Cheating and Abuse Report
What is it

"Cheating and Abuse Report" Abuse is where a user or group of users consistently create reports that are spurious in nature, and often targeting a user or group of users of which they do not hold in personal high esteem or who may have beat them in a game, and thus wasting Multi Hunter time.
Spurious reports are annoying and take valuable time away from real investigating. If found in violation of this then you will be Warned as per any Minor Infraction and should you be involved in any future Minor Infractions of any kind, as outlined in the Community Guidelines, you will receive a 24 Hour Forum Vacation.

dejan1973 created a report on these 2, didn't use the form provided for him and had the case ruled on.
He also created multiple E-Tickets on the matter before the ruling was stated in that thread and was informed of the same resolution.
And then created this thread to once again address the same situation with lack of any new data to support anything further.

Hence the Warning he received.
