Who cares? He's obviously not using it; hasn't used it for a year.
I love how everyone here seems to be all for supporting the "letter of the law" rather than the intention behind it. This is the same reason people complain about bureaucracy; a bunch of bitter, jaded people that have memorized rules (something ANYONE can do) and haven't bothered to think about the reasons those rules are there so they'd recognize the exceptions when they're justified (something that requires actual intelligence or wisdom).
This whole multi rule needs to be overhauled if people are going to take it this literally. I think someone already brought this up in another thread, but how many of us have made accounts on a gamesite then forgot about them and their passwords? This is just ridiculous. The more I read about this stuff it's seeming more and more like people abuse this to get rid of people they dislike personally or are bitter about having lost to. And of course the site is fine with it because they get money every time someone wants to come back.

First, are you sure he is not using it? Maybe he is lying in the chat. Second if he does remember it and then starts using both accounts in a 3 person game with you, how are you going to feel about it then?
There is a stern warning and a link if you forget your username and password on the front page. While I agree sometimes people will break the rule not intending any harm, that doesn't mean it will stay that way. I think from the front page it is fairly obvious to not create multiple accounts.
There is a suggestion forum if you have an idea you should submit it there and see if you can make an improvement. Maybe if someone starts a second account and the first one has been inactive for 6+ months they don't lose their premium. Or something along those lines
Lastly, Many people do use this forum in a vindictive way to "get back" at people, but mostly it is used as a good way to keep the integrity of the website. This is just a game and we play for fun but I think all of us want to play of equal terms as the other person

Most gaming site have a "I forgot my password or user name" section. Yeah it might take a little longer using an e-ticket but it is the right way. He did remember the other account name.
