Re: Antarctica v9 [I, Gp, Gr]
not sure if it has been posted but you say that all continents are contested by two fleets but I see that NZL gets an advantage by being the only one with access to a port in West Ant.... Did i miss something? I havent read the whole tread and are not to bothered as I am from NZ
but just my observation. I really like the idea though. It seems that this map has gone through a fair amount of issues but I really support you guys who do this out of your own free time and really hope that I will get to play this map as it has the simplicity that wont lead to farming but just enough complexity to allow different strats. Good luck with it and I wish ya the best.

West Antarctica is the highway for Russia to get to the South Pole, and Great Britain, USA, and Argentina may all go through there too. Don't expect WA to be easy to hold

So is there just a lack of questions or no movement for another reason?

Pi's said he needs a weekish to do the XML, that's the only thing holding it up.

Been extremely busy, I think this may need to be shelved for a while, even though there's not much to go, I simply haven't got the time right now.

If you would like a hand with the XML, I would be willing to pitch in. I have been using Premier2k's XML Generator Tool (still in development)and it is quite useful. An extra excuse to exercise it would help with beta testing.
It would be a shame to see this map lose momentum and fail if your real life is encroaching on important stuff like mapmaking.

Cos I'm not working on it. So now it's my fault. Think of it as payback for the 6 months it stalled in here due to nitpicking douchebags who have since moved on

My offer is still open.

Don't more people know XML? and isn't anyone willing to learn?
also, try to update the first post with what was rejected and accepted. strikethrough some of the To do list.

I'm doing the XML. It's nearly done, I'm just waiting for the final Small image.

[Moved]
It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the Foundry Moderators will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made.

PB: 2661 | He's blue... If he were green he would die | No mod would be stupid enough to do that

So is this not happening? Is this map actually dead?

Correct. The "Turtle Speed" virus has rendered this map deceased
