Withdrawing 1241 ratings takes a while.

In my opinion, most players I come across seem to me to be good players. To a seemingly good player, I usually give all 5s because I think they deserve it. To a player that seems to be bad, I will give a lower rating. If I have no opinion on the person, then I won't bother to rate them. is it really that complicated?

To give an exceptionally good player 5 stars is ok, to give an exceptionally bad player one star is ok, to not rate the players in the middle with 3 stars for the average and 2 or 4 for those somewhat below or above average distorts the ratings.

I dont see why rating everybody that I want to give a 5 to a 5 is a problem. Just like someone said earlier, "dont give us a rating system and then tell us how we can use it." i never heard about this before, but if someone accuses me of rating abuse i will sue them for infringing my freedom of expression.
