BOB download?

I just started playing Conquer Club again after a break and I seem to have deleted BOB. I don't know why, but I can't find the download link on the forums.

I don't know if I'm missing something that is plainly obvious, but could someone lead me to the link?

Also, I've taken a long break. Anything significantly new that I should be aware of? Thanks

As for what else is new---Nuclear Spoils is a recent addition to the feature list.

Nuclear groups are not worth any troops. Instead, each region in the group is nuked to a single neutral troop (even if you own it!).
