Lack is lost.

Lack decided to take relaxing and exciting trip to Paris, but on the taxi to the airport, a large truck comes and runs him and the taxi driver over! The taxi driver was unfortunately killed in the incident. The truck driver comes out and threatened to shoot Lack if he moved or made a sound. He then had a blindfold put over him and was driven to some unknown location.

Your job is to find this location.
Your biggest hint is a picture that the police took of the building as the police suspect this is where Lack is held captive. (AKA Google Maps Street View)
