After end of the game clock is still running [FIXED]

Strange error, you can find it in the API (so it is in the core of the site, don't know why it was missed).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a game that was finished in the last 24h.
2. Open the API link - http://www.conquerclub.com/api.php?mode ... gn=6182286 (change the game number to the game you found).

Observed:
Game still have clock running (time remaining changes after each call - try to refresh page several times).

Expected:
Time remaining set to 0 or an additional indication that the game is finished.

Why to fix - lessen server load, proper info in the API calls.
