Welcome to Tupence's African Tournament II!
Freemiums welcome but you need to have three slots free. 97%+ attendance please.
This tournament will feature 7 African maps, which will each be played once: Egypt: Lower, Egypt: Nubia, Egypt: Upper, Egypt: Valley of the Kings, Madagascar, Rail Africa and Africa.
All games will be:
3-player
Standard
Automatic
Sequential
Escalating
Chained
No Fog
Here's the format of the tournament:
Round 1
9 Groups of 3 Players
Maps: Egypt: Lower, Egypt: Nubia and Egypt: Upper
Points assigned: 3 points for a win, 1 point for finishing 2nd, 0 points for coming last.
The winner of each group will go through to Round 2 (points are not carried over).
Round 2
3 Groups of 3 Players
Maps: Egypt: Valley of the Kings, Madagascar and Rail Africa
Points assigned: 3 points for a win, 1 point for finishing 2nd, 0 points for coming last.
The winner of each group will go through to the Final.
Final
1 Group of 3 Players
Map: Africa
The winner of this game will be declared the winner of the tournament.
All groups will be decided by random.org. Players will be replaced if they do not join their games within 3 invites.
