Players won't finish game, can anything be done?

I have a game that two players teammed up and killed me (they are friends adn know each other which they admit in the chat log).. now all they do is gain more and more armies and won't kill each other.

I believe the current count is 786 troops against 63.

Obviously, this violates teh spirit of the game in so many ways its not even funny.

It also holds a loss over my head that is pretty damn annoying as I build more and more points.

Can anything be done or am I just screwed until they get bored?

Well, i'm assuming the problem is that as your points are getting higher, so when they finally finish the game, they'll get much more points from you...
If thats their intention, then it is unfair, and you could probably file a grievence..
Or lose all your points, so the winner doesn't get much.. but that wouldn't help you much, i guess..

For starters, I would deadbeat out of the game. Not sure that will help, but they may not be after points so much as annoying you to see how long it will last.

They are most likely snooty little kids with no ideals such as honor or self respect. You can take some comfort in knowing you my have lost but your still the better player. Post there names so others will know to avoid them. GL

grievance doesn't do anything. They are supposedly quiting CC cause it is 'stupid' or somethign to that effect, but log on everyday get some troops then go away again.

I think this situation underlies the problem with the scoring done at the end of the game, instead of based on when you start or when you die instead of when the game ends.

I also think the admins should come through and clear a game like this.. being that two friends joined together, kill one person, and then screw off for several days. It makes it less fun for those of us who play this game regularly and pay for it.

Em... they'll get bored eventually. Just don't feed them I guess. I think it is unfair and the admins should do something, but they can't just terminate the game without any warning, as that's also unfair. It's a tricky situation, because the admins can come accross very badly if they do terminate it.

Looks like they may end it though?... hopefully.

ahhh, that makes sense, they are the same guy, they were banned as multis a while ago so can't join any more games and are just beeing annoying to the guy stuck in the middle. I'll have words with lack see what we can do about these hangers on.

I had my thoughts that they were.. but I didn't know for sure and didn't care to deal with that aspect..


Now about that grievance mod.........

I hope whenever we have one.. getting filed on by multis is enough to get it removed
