In other news, since I have made so many roles, all mafia members will be given fake-claims. Damn good ones too. That way, even if you have read the comics, you won't suspect them based on their claim.

This actually makes me inclined to believe naxus, because if it's a fakeclaim it's a shitty one, and the fakeclaims are supposed to be "damn good". He's probably just confused about his role.

How can someone possibly roleclaim if you'll just keep saying "oh well, you're scum anyway so you're just lying about that"? For one I do understand what Naxus is trying to say when he told us he wasn't actually controlling the vote yet. I agree that a roleclaim loses strength if you give your information bit by bit, but then you have been asking for that information bit by bit. I'm not voting you because I am totally convinced this disbelieve makes you 100% scum, I just want you to know I believe you should take a step back there.

Erm I don't really get your argument as Naxus roleclaimed then kept claiming random things to help his cause everytime a hole in his claim popped up, so I really wonder if you're just a noob scum or you're that mislead since I thought you were a bit more likely town before...

I'm trying to divert attention because it makes no sense in keeping going after one guy who claims to have a power role. Why is that suspicious? Because one of you guys started accusing him of lying and the rest followed? Should I just blindly follow too? I chose not to... Don't see how that makes me suspicious.

But that makes no sense. Everyone will claim a power role, it's non-vanilla. Scum will claim a power role. My cat would claim a power role if he was playing. The goal is to find who's fake-claiming, and Naxus with his multiple mod PMs that sound like a 4 year old telling a story and fixing it to fit his vision as he goes along is not very believable.

Frankly I have been in a fair bit of games where mods propose fake claims and in majority they always suck lol. I remember particularly NJO where we had a choice between like 3 fakeclaims, and I ended up having to make my own anyway.
The thing with fakeclaims is that they'll never be as well designed as an actual role. Banshee doesn't make sense as a weird politician apparently, but he's not very credible as a part of the actual team either. I doubt with so many better choices to pick from to constitute town roles Mr S would have gone with that guy that doesn't even fit.

But don't you find weird that after Mr S precisely expressed all actions were dealt simultaneously he quickly pops up with a "new pm from the mod" with some roundabout explanation? Doesn't it make you wonder why the mod would screw him up then provide him with a defense? That just doesn't happen lol, seeing the discussion at hand either Mr S would give a vague answer so as to reflect that he may have dealt with Naxus' action that way, either he just tells the truth which makes Naxus a liar. I don't know how you could buy Naxus' explanation after it was shattered.

Anyway I don't think you deserve an automatic lynch tomorrow but I suppose it'd be a good option for the cop to investigate you.

With the death of one of the most powerful X-men during the night, the remaining X-men were becoming anxious. As they gathered together for lunch, rumors spread of Banshee's visitation of Iceman during the night. Some students had spotted him coming out of Iceman's room and now all suspicion fell on him.

"I swear I was just picking something up from his room!" Banshee proclaimed. "He wasn't even there when I went!" Nonetheless, the rest of the X-men persisted. They believed he was a member of the Brotherhood in disguise. Despite his many attempts to defend himself, the X-men decided to have Jean Grey stop his heart. It was quick and painless. However, when his his body was put under observation by Beast, they found him innocent.

Naxus - Banshee (Town Hypnotizer) has been lynched

Banshee is a mutant whose superhumanly powerful lungs, throat, and vocal cords could produce a sonic scream for various effects, in concert with limited, reflexive psionic powers which directed his sonic vibrations. He could hover or fly at the speed of sound, and could carry at least one passenger. He could overwhelm listeners with deafening noise, stun them with tight-focus low-frequency sonic blasts (effective even against shielded ears by penetrating the skull via bone conduction), plunge them into a hypnotic trance, disorient them, nauseate them, or simply render them unconscious. Using sonic waves, he could rapidly vibrate himself or other masses at will.

So the ability did fit the role. Although perhaps only Marvel nerds like myself would know it.

It was another dark night as the remnants of Storm's powers still lingered over the mansion. Professor X sat in the cerebro device, a supercomputer capable of tracking all mutants, listening to the thunder roll and trying to find a way out of this dire situation. He was snapped from his thoughts when there was a rap of his door.

"Come in," he said softly, "What can I do for you?" He could recognize the man anywhere. After spending the last few years helping this mutant hone his powers, there was no one whom he could trust more.

"I would like to ask you a question professor," the mutant said.

"Anything."

"Who do you think is doing this?"

"I honestly don't know. I don't want to think any of us could be traitors," he replied in shame.

"So you don't suspect anyone?" the mutant asked.

"No..."

"Good." With that, large metal spikes were sent flying at the professor. Unable to defend himself, the spikes pierced his body and he collapsed onto the computer. The mutant walked over and took the headset off the computer and placed it on his own.

"Time to see what havoc we can unleash with this!"

Elsewhere in the mansion, Cyclops was paying a visit to an old friend of his. He barged into Beast's room and grabbed the blue, furry mutant around the neck.

"Its you, isn't it?!" Cyclops said through clenched teeth.

"I have no idea what you mean!" Beast proclaimed. His face was turning even bluer.

"NONSENSE!! We all know your lab has the best security of this entire mansion. No one else could have stolen it unless they knew how to get in. And you are also the only one who knew how to use that hologram projector! It has to be you!"

"I promise you, it was not me. Why would I have anything to do with this?" With that, Beast grabbed cyclops' arm and twisted it away. Feeling threatened, Cyclops sent an optic blast at Beast's head, killing him instantly.

Cyclops searched the body and found no trace of guilt on Beast. Ashamed, Cyclops fled back to his room before anyone saw him.
