I was part way through a turn, and when I refreashed the screen, I got some message about the continuim transmitter failing.

Was it just me, or is there somewhere we can see records of the site going down? It's not a huge deal, (at worst it will cost me an internet game) but I'd like to know whats happening when these things happen.

Yes, from my knowledge, the server had a bit of a hiccup
