parchment texture. mmmm i use that a lot. check out both my maps. also lose the white glow it seems so unnatural. also try to do something to the borders they look pixelated. also you made some mistakes in the connecting lines. some are two coloured some are single coloured. also you used too much glow on the text.
because of the glow some continents seem to be on top of the other. like yellow is above dark green and red is on top of light green. plus some connecting lines are entering the continent.
these are some mistakes picked up at a glance.
fireworks is very nice and really easy to learn and use. basicaly in 10-15 minutes you can do a really nice looking draft.
“In the beginning God said, the four-dimensional divergence of an antisymmetric, second rank tensor equals zero, and there was light, and it was good. And on the seventh day he rested.”- Michio Kaku
I dont think its anything special. To me it is no different from any other first draft.
If it is meant to show off what you can do in fireworks, Im sure something better could be done. I cant see anything in this that cant be done in another program.
not quite true teya, compare this to crazy one oway or bubble machine
i think this is a masterpiece and i'd surely gaze at it rather than go blind looking at wordart.

probably spinwizard just started working with fireworks and he's really delighted. after making termitarium in paint, downloading and learning fireworks seemed like a real revelation to me. especially since in just a few minutes from the instalation i had already made something better. after that i started learning more and more and ended up doing some nice things (i hope) but now i'm begining to see the limitations in some aspects and i'm planning on learning photoshop when i get some free time.
