Open Game Log or Game Chat in sticky popup

It would be nice to be able to open the Game Log or the Game Chat in a sticky popup. That way I can scroll through either and also look at the game map at the same time. There should be a link or button next to the "Game Log" or "Game Chat" header to "Open Popup". Perhaps this could be added to Bob plug-in

Chatglove, gives you new chat notifications as well as the ability to "detach chat", which makes the chat window become a floating, movable, resizable window on the screen.

Nothing similar for game log at the moment though.
