Welcome to the first ever Master Your Map mega tournament! This is not a sign-up thread.
Pick a map and see if you can master it. Once mastered, can you defend it from a group of challengers? This mega tournament will consist of eight 16-player satellite tournaments, each of which will use a different map. Winners of these eight tournaments will be granted automatic bids into the final Master Your Map: Challenge the Masters tournament with both first and second round byes.

Stages 1 through 4 will correspond to different settings groups. Each player group will play 5 games in each stage with the winner of each game receiving a single point. At the end of Stage 4, the points leader in each group will advance to Stage 5. Master Your Map: Challenge the Masters (Coming Soonish!)
[spoiler=Challenge The Masters Structure]The final tournament will be a 40-player tournament. Of the 40 slots available 32 will be open for anyone to join. Each slot will be assigned to a map with each map receiving 4 slots. The 8 satellite tournament winners will receive byes into the 3rd round where they will face the challenger from their section of the bracket. The bracket will be a single-elimination bracket, and the first three rounds will consist of a single game on the appropriate map. Once past the Meet the Masters round, each subsequent round will add more maps. Thus, each round will increase in the number of games played as players progress through the tournament. The final match will consist of 8 games, one on each map.
CC's default settings will be used in all games except where a Master plays on their map (see Special Rules)
