Why isn't the standard site interface clickable?

Post by QoH »

I'm just curious as to why the entire site isn't based off of clickes, or at least as an option? I think it would be a better alternative, especially in speed games, since the refresh has many-a-time screwed me over. I use clickies, but before that, I was always struggling.

Is it just the coding thats difficult?

Any answers would be appreciated. =D>

As far as I know, Lack is trying to integrate clickable maps. But I heared about it like 6 months ago, so probably the speed of development isn't too high. Maybe I should ask him about it..

Not a real answer, sorry. I guess the current setup works for everything, mobile devices and all common browsers. So at least it will need quite some thinking and testing to integrate CM properly, and I'd guess the old interface will remain an option.

Hopefully only as an option. I can't stand the clickable interface, so would very much prefer to be able to have my interface as it is currently in that regard.

Clickable maps? You might not have it setup right.

I heard less than 6 months ago that he was still working on it, but who knows. He's a Secret Ninja Mutant Turtle :-$
