Welcome to Bruceswar's 1 v 1 13 Colonies!

Winner: GeneralRisk

32 Players
Single Elimitation
First 3 rounds will be 1 game
Semifinals will be best of 3
Finals will be best of 7

Settings:

Chained
Sequential

To Sign up:

NO Freemiums as you will need up to 7 games slots open

If you are not taking your turns with 97% or more please do not bother to sign up.

If you have someone on your foe list you must remove them or do not join.

Seeding will be decided from random.org.[/spoiler]

Tournament starts as soon as it fills up.

BTW, I'm pretty sure that foe lists don't count when considering tournament games so people can join tournament games even against people who have foed them.
