The trainer's salary will be guaged upon the effectiveness of the trainer as a whole. We generally award the trainer with chewing gum that had been found at the bottom of the rucksack after three months of campaigning. The trainer will also receive a specialized signature and various honours in the clan, as well as the privilege of feeling wholesome after having taught various individuals the different aspects of team play. A spiffing package, if you ask me.

Team training. We need discussion, strategies, victories in triples, quads and dubs! Although Qwert has it right - now we're being forged in fire. As it was with the Canadians in WWII, though, perhaps that "forging" isn't occurring soon enough...
