So I came up with a new idea: How about a series of 64 tournaments, of varying format and on varying boards, each with a theme? The winner of each gets to participate in the GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP, a NCAA basketball style tournament, with predetermined settings for each matchup! Win more than one, find yourself on multiple bracket lines and more chances to win it all. The winner of tournament 1 will get first pick of the 64 slots, tournament 2 second pick, and so on. Some tournaments will have teams, some singles. Some have Fog related settings, some Spoils settings, some on certain boards, some on any board.

This Tournament is #6 in the series, and it will be Assassin style, with a theme of the Rail maps (station, get it?)!

The first round will see the 36 players split into 12 groups of 3 randomly. Each player starts with 2 tourney points. Games will be played on Rail Australia (Seq, Auto, Esc, Chained, Sunny) When you assassinate someone successfully, you take one of their points. If a player reaches 4 points, he will be declared the group winner, and the remaining two players will play it out for second place. If a player reaches 0 points, they are out. Kill the wrong target, and the point is given from the assassinated player to the game winner.

The top 2 in each group will advance to Round 2 (24 players, 6 groups of 4). Group winners start with 3 points, runner-ups start with 2. The remainder of play is the same as before, but on Rail Africa, and 5 points rather than four are needed.

The top 2 in each group will advance to Round 3 (12 players, 3 groups of 4). Play is identical to Round 2, but on Rail Europe.

The final round (6 players in one group) will be played on Rail USA, in 6 player games, until one player reaches 10 points. As before, group winners start with 3 points, runner-ups with 2. The first player to reach 10 is the Champion (and earns the 6th pick in the Finale bracket)!!!!
