How do you count your votes?
For the mods out there, how do you keep track of who voted who for your vote counts?
I use the old pen and paper. I copy and paste the last vote count, then write down who voted who and who changed votes and stuff on a piece of paper. Then I modify the tally and then post. Worked pretty well so far.

Quote my old PM with vote count, take of quotes and add/remove new votes.
But... It was so artistically done.

Get the last count, update it one vote at a time as I go through the thread.

Pen and paper plus double checking plus a regular vote count helped me in the Dexter Mafia. Never tried excel but it sounds highly promising.

Used to use pen and paper. Then I did Briarsburg and there were too many names to fit on the paper so I switched to this.

I just copy to notepad, Ctrl+F "Vote" go through the page cutting/pasting names, then run through it one more time at the bottom of the page to make sure.
I've been using computers too long, I never even considered writing things down past the setup stage.

I do it the same way as Haggis, except the unvotes don't bother me. In fact, I require an unvote before Voting again in my games.
