Kingston makes a late rally, putting up three runs in the final inning, but it's not quite enough as Brisbane holds on to take the International final by a 5-4 score.

Mobile is clinging to an 11-8 lead over Tyler in the final innings of the US final, then we'll have our championship game set.

Final boxscore for the International final has been posted.

Yes shaneback...if Highlander closes out the Caribbean in 11 or less you will end up taking the lead with your at-bat from Iwo Jima...if Highlander goes past 11 rounds then you will have registered your last out.

You guys like crazy finishes, huh?

Also, it should be noted Mobile still has an out to go in its half of the 6th with two runners on base.

The boxscore is updated...this has been a great battle.

we just took the lead 12-11 --so I guess they will have the bases loaded down 12-11 and we will have runners on first and third--with more games to be sent out?????

The US Final appears to be going to a 12-12 deadlock with each team having 2 outs in the sixth inning and runners on base...a few more maps have been sent via invite as we come to a thrilling conclusion...play will resume once officials get the crazy Little League mom off the field...she just couldn't handle the stress :)

What is the base situation? You think the mom is stressed

Oops...one mistake...It will be 12-11 Tyler...

Assuming dumhic closes out Iwo Jima on his next turn, then Mobile would be down a run with the bases loaded and two outs.

Tyler has 2 outs and runners at 2nd & 3rd

Pulling for Mobile! HighlanderAttack has taken too many tourney wins from me recently! :p
Dice stats are irrelevant. If I roll the same amount of 6's as everyone else, but my opponents role 6's at the same time, that's what matters, what's rolled opposite my dice. How about how many total guys I've won and lost while attacking?

We will be making results official after steroids test come back...one of the opposing parents requested it be done after clocking shaneback with a 92 mph fastball -- pretty good for a 12-year-old...maybe too good. ;)

Championship game will be going out tonight. good luck to our finalists Brisbane and Tyler.

sac for first out with none on base
triple
strike out for second out
sac for third out--inning one in the books with no runs

Highlander escapes the first inning without giving up a run :)

Crazed parent charges into Tyler's dugout following the triple and demands that the coach make a pitching change, inserting his son into the line. Of course, his son throws 85 heat and is untouchable, as least in his eyes. The stand-off continues causing some tense moments that resulted in plenty of confusion...some players forgot to take their turn in the batter's box, and Brisbane's starting pitcher was too scared to take the field until being assured from the other sideline that the whacko parent would leave him alone :)
