Giving away locations in Fog of War isn't against the rule. It may be considered Cheap Tactics, but it isn't against any rule. You can rate and foe him accordingly if you want.

YOU gave away another player's position previously Reich???WTF? or were you just playing with your opponents? If so, how can any of them know the others aren't doing the same thing???
Seems like a fairly good game well played with only a dead-beat ruining the outcome for you so I suggest you don't even bother with Foe and Move on but just swallow the disappointment and play some more games with these players, there's a hell of a lot worse haunting these maps....
