fist off i am only accepting people with 1600 points and above but i will put you in reserves for showing interest.
secondly the only way I will give negative points for holding a continent is if you attack others to take a continent because in these games it is considered poor strategy when escalating cards are all that matter.
as said underneath the negative scoring section i wrote "these do not apply to the winner. Also these only apply before round 6."
