I need 16 players to participate in this single elimination, 1 v 1 tournament. No freemiums as you will need at least six free slots at the beginning of each set.

This will be played like a men’s tennis major except we're playing with 16 instead of 128. Minor detail. Each player will be seeded based on their win percentage in 2-player games as of the first games being sent out. This tournament will involve a high number of games against the same player, so each player must have at least 100 games completed and 99% turns taken. If you don’t want to play a lot of games, you shouldn’t enter this tournament.

Six games will be sent out for each match to begin. To win a set, you must be the first to win six games, and win by two. You must win the best of five sets to advance to the next round. If two players are tied in a set at six games each, two games will be sent out at a time until someone wins by two.

Games will all be played on random maps. Each game will also be played nuclear or no spoils randomly selected. Random fog or sunny as well. All other settings will be standard, automatic, sequential, unlimited.

IF ONLY tournaments could control who moves first in a game, this would be a great tourney. Going first in this tourney, with unlimited reinforcements, is a HUGE advantage. If we could alternate who went first, it would be like alternating serves! If you moved second and won the game, it would be like breaking the serve!

However, in my first set, my opponent has moved first in 7 of the first 9 games. Ridiculous. And almost impossible to overcome.

This is an awesome tournament, wm, but until CC lets you pick someone to move first maybe you should do chained reinforcements in your next one. Just to even it out more.

Not that I'm giving up yet! There's a long way to go in this match.
