I changed the number of rounds to 3. I copy/pasted the OP from the previous year tournament thread, and I didnt type the corrections. Now its a 3 round tournament.

At least 50% of the spots must be for open/public sign-ups and not filled with special invitations; every player or one person from every team must post in the thread to enroll.

Two of them already posted here. The other one, I know him from a long time and he has been in my Formula1 Tournaments for the last two years, so for me is more than enough to receive a PM.
