This is my observation.
Czech59 and mphil play together in 21 games WWII Europe, most in 8 player mode.
15 of these games ended.
Czech59 won 6 games, mphil won 4.
I played with them in one game only, and observed they did not attack each other. Mphil was in the end of the game in position to hit Czech59, who was game leader, but called for a silly truce.Czech59 then won the game easily.
Of course I cannot prove anything, but the facts make me think this stinks.

As I was in the same game as Nothappy, mphil and Czech59, I must say that I found the truce silly too. It was called on a strategic moment of the game: mphil called the truce on a moment that he was going to be attacked by Czech59, and by calling the truce (and positive response), Czech could only attack me.
I did found it suspicious at that time (see game log), but the case not strong enough to report.
I must confess however that it's the 2nd time that I play against mphil, and 2nd time that there are very strange things going on (first time I reported him, with no reaction from the C&A board)

I might just foe him.
