That means he was online when his turn was up Evil. His turn in 9910657 started at 8:17 on the 25 and he took a turn at 17:36 on the 25. So he was online when his turn was up. Still doesn't matter. Can't expect much from a guy with a 91% turns taken.

So that's not a good reason to close this.
If it's not a big deal then i'm ok and it's good to know what the rules are.

Yes you are right. Sorry I was reading it wrong.
If he misses a turn now and then it isn't a big deal. I have had it happen when I was taking turns and lost internet and wasn't able to take the rest of my turns for the day.
