if it is the semi finals right now and im still in does this mean if i loose right now i would still win 3 months of premium or am i just mistake

You are correct....no matter what happens here you will get at least the 3 months of Premium for the 3rd or 4th place finisher.... even if you lose you still have one more game to play to deide who finishes 3rd and who finishes 4th but that is just for ranking purposes here. Anyone still in at this point has guaranteed premium. The only way you can lose out on that is by getting yourself disqualified which I don't expect to happen.
