Gilligan, what happens if there are actually fewer players applying for a game than there are spots available?

I didn't think this would happen, but here's what will go down:

1) If any game has more applicants than spaces, the people that were not selected can choose another game to join.
2) If there still aren't the spaces, I will send out a PM and everyone who responds who would like to participate in a second game will be placed into another lottery, and whichever game you get you get.
