On the case of VS against Eldario, I believe VS's claim holds more weight to it. No one has counterclaimed. Your may not even need to be counterclaimed due to the fact there can be a mafia BD and a town BD. I think its more common for there to be mafia BD (someone more experienced could support that. I just normally go by looking at other games).
I am going to Vote eldario again (I think I withdrew that earlier) and hope that your claim is a fake. This game needs to get more active.

VS's role could have been counterclaimed. If you are, say the MAFIA bus driver fake claiming as a town bus driver, then it would be easy to get away with it (Provided there was no town bus driver) and I was asking for someone more experienced to confirm that mafia bus driver was more common than the town bus driver.
I'm yet to see a reason to see why you are town. all we have basically recieved from you is "i'm the town busdriver". Your busdrives, no one has confirmed any of them, but if they did, it don't mean much except from a night like N2 which you say you swapped Commander9 / Slowreactor which unless anyone can confirm this, you could have easily swapped zimmah with a mafia?
Vote Elda this puts u at L-1, if the person with the Gatling gun is town, this is probably the time to claim, this is only if you targeted com9 N2.

Slip of the mind. I was never masoned with him, remember. At any rate, if you were to be mafia, you wouldn't know new guy1 was third party anyway, so the point is moot.
I did not say that I knew him to be 3-party, it was you that said that I only had driven town members, the only one I've been fairly sure about were Commander9
