setting minimum player levels for new games

Is there any way I can set a limit on players joining my games that are to low.....? I just lost 51 points to a cook and it takes me winning like 8 games against that same level regain my losses..............

Nope.

But, you can make games private. And then invite higher ranks. Or make them private and then post the games here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=47572

ranksegragation instituted by the site is something lack really does not want to do, and for good reasons. yes you can play private games only, yes you can foe every player below you (or higher......) but its all tedious work you have to do yourself.
Overall, enjoy that game that you play so well, and if every once and a while someone sneaks by and takes a few points, remember that in the long run it will average out. You will win more points from then since they are more likely to loose to you.
this is all true, unless you want to become conqueror, then choosing your opponents becomes a must. The last player to become conqueror by just playing anybody was gibbon...
