I usually say that I'm going for a brad, or that I'm just off to release the hounds. Others that I occaisionally use are pounding the porcelain, going to drop a load or maybe a quick visit to the trout pond (to land a 6lb bowel trout).
If I've got the urge to go I might say that Mr Brown is at the door or that I'm approaching Dresden, or simply state that I've gone into arse labour.

Ah, so many euphemisms for hitting the can, so little time...
dropping a deuce
nuking Nagasaki
pinching a loaf
I'm off to see a man about a horse
gotta go take a Wizzrobe (been saying that since I was a zelda-playing grommet)
And, of course, in polite company... "If you'd excuse me for but the briefest of moments"
There are also some first-rate lines for when you have to nip off to the bog as a result of illness or drink, such as...
gotta pray to the porcelain goddess
doing the watusi with the big white mama
I'm off for a technicolor yawn
And now I'm kinda grossing myself out a bit.

Gotta go ride the white comet.
I'm going to stink up the place.
I'm going to ruin a perfectly good toilet.
He had to make a call on the big white phone, I think he's talking to Ralph.

As a matter of good form - particularly if I've had a curry or certain other foods the night before - and I see another man about to enter the gent's at work, after I've just been there, I usually drop a subtle hint, such as "I'd give that ten minutes, if I were you, mate."

"I'm off to drain the lizard" is my preferred technical term for a slash though I knew a guy who would always say he was "off to shake hands with the unemployed" which cracked me up.
If you're in that potentially embarrassing position of needing a dump at work I prefer to use the term "I've got something urgent to download" - it just seems more appropriate in an office environment

That'll never happen
I don't say anything interesting, but my one friend says " I need to tame the sea monster."
