The bracket is released with the top 32 qualifiers...places 33-64 will be based on your points gained in the qualifying rounds. We still have two spots out of the Appalachian group to be decided once the last multi-map is completed.

GAME SETTINGS: Escalating, chained, foggy, 20-round limit
I have broken the USA/North America into eight regions that are designed for 8 players each = 64 total players
This tournament will be played in two segments.
QUALIFYING PHASE
You will play a 1 vs. 1 round-robin style on each of the four designated maps for your region (28 games)
You will also play five 8-player games on Canada, North America, Mexico, USA and Rail USA.
Scoring is as follows...
For the round-robin 1 vs. 1s you get 3 points for each win; 1 point if you lose in 13+ rounds
For the five multi-player maps you receive...
10 points - winning
8 points - 2nd
6 points - 3rd
4 points - 4th
3 points - 5th
2 points - 6th
1 point - 7th
0 points - last
*You also receive 1/2-point for each player you eliminate, so if you win the map and eliminate all seven opponents, you would receive the maximum of 13.5 points for that map.
The top four finishers in each region will advance to the championship phase of this tourney.
CHAMPIONSHIP PHASE...
This will comprise a 32-team bracket with a best-of-13 showdown to advance to the next round. Each game will be 1 vs. 1 play comprised of the four maps for each player's region (total 8 maps), along with the five country-sized maps from the qualifying round.
This tournament will be seeded with the Regional pool winners taking on the #4 place regional teams, while the #2s will take on the #3 qualifiers. Whoever survives the tournament bracket wins the tournament.
For TPA purposes...the tournament runner-up would be second place. The two losers in the semifinals would be third/fourth with 3rd place going to the player with the highest qualifying score.
