I am sorry if my suspicion is unwarranted. It may also be that he has been banned at different times, at which time he's created a new account.
But even this doesn't look good. If he's been banned 3-4 times and then returns, it doesn't look like a player we would want in CC, I would think.

Also, his language is not nice at all.

This is the last time that the owner of the ETROPAL account is able to buy back and become premium again. The skywin account has already been dealt with and this case is closed and locked.
