Green happens to be stingraymitchell, they create another game and join top two spots...same map...i get a message from jtiles stating they are going to SD in the next game. Behold...they eliminate everyone else and refuse to attack borders, as was evident when i attacked and saw 1's all over the place for red and green's borders..but massive numbers near other players borders. When approached about it...murray.

I tried to give you a heads up so you would not give them points as they did a little bit of that in the game before with Doom which I was watching.
Looks like a big case of SD to me why put a note like that in game then start another and our top two. I did see the game went right up and the were both in right away they prob were talking through PM.

Throughout the entire game, the 2 in question continued to attack other players while leaving each others borders and territories mostly alone.

Combine that with the statement in the previous game where they say to have a truce is enough to show that they were in fact breaking the rules.

I don't understand that last statement... makes no sense to me... truces are not against the rules... I'm confused.. maybe I just can't understand your writing style...

Question: how do you know that? maybe they had stacks on these borders. I haven't looked at the game but that's circumstancial at best.

Or are there tools/plugins I don't know of that can keep track of each troops movements and every battle outcomes/dice rolls?

they stated in another game they would team up against everyone else...then in the game in question never stated a truce...and admitted they were doing a secret diplomacy and admitted hewas cheating..they never attacked each other all game (only 1's) and when i got a set and moved around they had all 1's in their borders around each other and tag teamed each person
